主要科研项目

先后主持国家攻关、国家自然科学基金、农业部跨世纪人才项目、省部级重点科技项目20多项,先后发表论文200多篇,其中SCI收录论文80多篇。
从 1984 年开始,在国内首先系统地研究了多效唑对苹果和桃树生长结果的效应及其作用机理,提出了多效唑的应用技术。该技术使果树适期结果,变低产为高产,简便易行,经济效益显著。该项技术 1990年列入国家科技成果重点推广计划,主要技术达到国际先进水平。在田间和实验室进行多年测试的基础上,组织了有北京、辽宁、河北等省市有关单位参加的协作网,建立示范园, 1989 — 1991 年示范推广面积 91 . 35 万亩,增加经济效益 4 . 98 亿元。1990年,获北京市科技进步一等奖,1992年,获国家科技进步二等奖。以后又组织该成果的进一步推广,也取得较大的成绩,1995年获国家教委科技进步3等奖。
1997-2002年,先后主持获参与主持完成了 “北京安利隆生态农业科技园区”、“北京青龙湖农业科技园区”、 “宁波慈溪国家农业科技园区”、“哈尔滨国家农业科技园区(示范区)”、“深圳9+2工程:农业科技片区(公明)”等的策划、设计和规划。
2001年以来,主持了中国农业大学葡萄与葡萄酒工程学科的筹建和建设,成立了中国农业大学葡萄酒科技发展中心,任中心主任。中心成立以来,先后研发了“学院派”干红、干白葡萄酒,冰葡萄酒,并在新疆和硕县建立分中心,研发了合硕特酒庄葡萄酒。2014年和2015年,学院派红葡萄酒和合硕特酒庄干红葡萄酒获得了国际葡萄与葡萄酒组织(OIV)监管的最大和最权威葡萄酒大赛,也是世界三大葡萄酒大赛之一的柏林葡萄酒大奖赛上获四个金奖。2011年学院派干白葡萄酒,2012年合硕特酒庄干红葡萄酒获得了2014年和2015年世界三大葡萄酒大赛布鲁塞尔葡萄酒大奖赛2个银奖,2011年合硕特酒庄干红葡萄酒和2012年学院派干红葡萄酒获得了亚洲最大葡萄酒大赛韩国亚洲葡萄酒大赛2个金奖。大大促进了区域葡萄酒产业的发展和我校葡萄与葡萄酒工程学科的发展。
2002年以来,先后主持的与葡萄和葡萄酒工程学科有关的国家和省市科研课题10余项。在葡萄弱光生理、葡萄逆境生理、水杨酸信号转导、冰酒新产品开发和酚类物质研究、葡萄酒产业规划上取得了一定成果。主持完成的“威代尔冰葡萄酒生产技术及其酚类物质研究。2005年通过教育部科技成果鉴定,总体达到国际先进水平,其中冰酒酚类物质识别系统尚未见国内外报道;主持规划完成的”北京延庆酒庄葡萄酒产业带发展规划”,2006年通过了北京市科委组织的专家论证,促进了北京葡萄酒产业发展;2007年,“中国葡萄酒酚类物质研究” 通过教育部科技成果鉴定,总体达到国际先进水平。
