I want to talk about Watercress, an under-rated peppery leaf that is actually totally flexible and tasty in so many forms. Most well-known for being grown in Hampshire, it can be found in other areas in the UK for a very short term in late Spring/early Summer, such as Wiltshire and Dorset. But the season is short so, quick, get your's now to try out some of your own recipes or head to a Pitstop!
